Wrist cuffs are a basic tool for anyone looking for a little restrictive play. From a new couple looking to bring something new, to the bedroom to a more experienced S&M user, wrist cuffs have become a highly accepted couple’s tool. Heart 2 Heart (H2H) is one of the product lines by PHS International, which is also the creators of M2M and Fresh, and EdenFantasys was kind enough to let me review the H2H Red/Black Wrist Restraints.

The first set of wrist restraints I ever had were fuzzy handcuffs, they broke in a week and had left some rather nasty bruises along my wrists. Since then I’ve been using Velcro cuffs by SportSheets and a set of basic cuffs by Kinklab. I’ve never had the chance to use cuffs with buckles before and was quite excited when the H2H ones got to my door. The H2H wrist cuffs are made from a premium suede material.

The cuffs are made with 2 portions that are stuck together with metal rivets. The black portion is what will be around the wrists. It is 8 3/4" long and 2 1/2" wide. The suede is fairly thin so it is folded onto itself and glued. The seam is on the top so it doesn’t rub against the wrist. The edges are sewn around the entire piece to keep everything together. The material feels very soft, close to how some leather feels.

The red suede portion, which is the portion that holds the buckle, is about 11 1/2" long and an inch wide. The portion that gets inserted into the buckle is tapered to a slightly rounded point. This piece of suede is like the black portion where it’s folded onto itself with a seam; however, the seam isn’t seen since the red piece rests over the black portion’s seam. It is sewn all the way around as well. The two colored pieces are held together 10 metal rivets; these rivets also hold the D-rings in place and the buckles as well.

The cuffs can fit wrists from about 6” to about 9” around. Since these cuffs come with D-rings, you need to figure out how you want to connect them. I use a Karabiner clip which holds well. I did notice that if the cuffs are kept together, the wearer can move their wrists to undo the buckles themselves, so it may be preferred to use these cuffs with rope or a similar idea to keep the hands apart.

Considering my luck with metal cuffs, I much prefer the cuffs by H2H. The wider band on the wrist distributes tension more so I didn’t get any bruising and wrists didn’t hurt. With a friend I pulled very hard to see how much tension could be brought before breaking the cuffs. The cuffs never broke, so I am confident in their holding power. Though the cuffs are strong, I wouldn’t suggest using them to hang from. I do wish these had a locking feature so the wearer couldn’t undo the buckles so easily, but these cuffs are a good addition to beginners.

Beaded Lust

Today I happily bring a review for Vibrator.com, which is a rather awesome online shop for all styles of sex toys! They’ve been extremely patient with me in getting this out and I want to thank them so much for the wonderful opportunity they’ve given me. I was given the chance to review the Fun Factory Bendybeads, which I’ve been lusting after for such a long time!

Fun Factory is known for their unique shapes and vibrant colors as well as using medical grade silicone for their toys. I’ve never actually owned a set of beads that were actually just that, only ones that were by form, but still had a flared base like a dildo. When these came in I was overjoyed with their beautiful crimson red color and velvety feel. Fun Factory knows how to please.

Coming in at just over 10” long, handle to tip, these beads give the user a chance to work on increasing the size they take. Aesthetically, the handle almost had an Italian grape vine look to it, curling to make the handle, than slowly waving in a zig zag around all 5 beads. The inner handle almost looks like a tear drop, being less than an inch wide (it does stretch for people with larger fingers).

The first bead is a modest 3/4” wide and 1” tall, than after a 1/4” space, the second bead comes to a full 1” wide and 1” tall. As stated earlier, there is a portion of the handle that seems to weave around the beads, this portion slowly thickens as it nears the handle. Because of this slow thickening, the portion between each bead slowly increases. The third bead is a little over an inch wide and is a slightly larger than 1” tall as well. The fourth bead meets the 1 1/4” mark both width and length, and the final bead is just shy of 1 1/2" wide and tall.

The only negative I’ve ever noticed with Fun Factory items is that on many you can still notice a defined mold seam. At least, they get rid of most of it and the seam is soft enough that it doesn’t bother! Because this is a high grade silicone, these wonderful anal beads are non-porous and can be sterilized. To sterilize, boil for a few minutes, bleach with a 10% solution and rinse afterwards, or put in top rack of dishwasher without dish detergent.

The Fun Factory BendyBeads bring a truly an awe inspiring sensation. When I first had the chance to actually use them I got my favorite water based out (silicone lubricant shouldn’t be used with this toy), applied to the toy and to myself and slowly push one bead in at a time. It was interesting having that slowly increasing size till I got to the last, with the bit of space behind the last bead, this toy stayed in fairly well alone. When tugging on the handle the beads decided they wanted to come out fairly quickly, which caused a rather loud moan and sensation from the speedy removal and size difference.

This would definitely be an easier toy to use with/on a partner because trying to push the beads in initially or the next time around is a little tricky in regards to positioning. I feel beads are going to be a regular in my partnered sex life and hope that these beads make it into the homes of people who are either curious to try anal stimulation or love it and just want something a little different.

Training Is A Lifestyle

Every activity to basic life has two types of people. There are dabblers, which try out different things because they’re not sure what they want to settle in, and lifestylers, which have chosen a certain activity to be part of their life. This works in the world of fetish as well, I would be considered a dabbler because I’m still exploring all of my possibilities. Tabutoys has been most generous to provide a book into a very interesting lifestyle: The Human Pony, by Rebecca Wilcox. This book delves into the fascinating lifestyle of Pony Play, which, until now, I’d only heard of.

The Human Pony is 11”x8.5” paperback with 157 pages total. This would make a great tabletop book for those unashamed with their lifestyles, but for those that prefer their books in a bookshelf, this book is .5” thick, so it doesn’t take up much room at all. The book was published by Greenery Press in 2008.

On a physical standpoint, the book was tastefully made, where the information is the main focus. The cover is a woman with the head gear put on: blinders, mouth bit, and collar, while the rest of the cover is a simple black. The font is contemporary and eye catching. With all of the information inside, many pictures are also provided, which I found to be a great help in understanding some of the things being discussed. The books starts with the experience of a pony, he explains how Elvis Presley is the reason that he came to this lifestyle and how it’s changed. The author than gives a small excerpt explaining how she was originally a horse trainer and never expected to be in this lifestyle but since she came to it she was able to use her skills to become known as Ponymistress Rebecca. There is also an introduction to the book that explains that information will be provided in a textbook style to “facilitate the widest possible range of consensual adult pony play.” It questions how the pony will be viewed. There are also various blurbs within the pages called “Try-Its” and “Training Tips” which give more information for the reader to try out.

There are 8 actual chapters as well as a conclusion, 4 appendixes and a contributors and acknowledgements page.

Chapter 1: What Is Pony Play?

The first chapter sets a great pace into this book and lifestyle. It gives explanation to the lifestyle effectively and brings personal experience into light as well.

Chapter 2: Pony and Trainer Headspace

Headspace is something that’s extremely important, not just in pony play, but in all BDSM play. Without the right frame of mind, the play may not be as fulfilling as it could be or the scene could be completely lost all together.

Chapter 3: Equipment

This chapter is mainly photos with explanation on the various equipments that can be used during pony play. Though in softer BDSM play household items may work well as improvisations, heavier play, including pony play, more serious equipment is necessary. This was a really good chapter because it went past the full costumed pictures you see, it gave a more definite outline of pieces that would be more or less needed for proper play.

Chapter 4: Training Your Pony

This chapter brings a few more interviews into the mix as well as basic information to training your pony to be more obedient and act correctly. I feel this could be a very positive chapter for the person looking to be the pony because it gives them a heads up as to what may be expected from them.

Chapter 5: Scene Development

This chapter seems to put more towards the pony’s headspace and advance from training the pony. I felt this was a great chapter in that it brought light to how the trainer needs to bring the work together to make the pony happy and learn more effectively. Even if I choose not to follow the path as a pony trainer, I feel this will help me in having a better dominant headspace and training my submissive.

Chapter 6: Handling and Grooming

Another area to remember is the grooming. Grooming not only brings a sense of wellbeing to the pony, but it strengthens the relationship between trainer and pony. There are a few different types of equipment, all of which have specific purposes to bring the most out of the pony.

Chapter 7: The Inspiration – The Horse

Those that look at this lifestyle need to remember where it came from. Horses are the inspiration behind this lifestyle, and looking at them is a way to look at what direction to follow. After talking about biological horses, it than focuses on JG-Leathers and “The Creature”, which is a sensory device created by JG-Leathers that incorporates various BDSM areas.

Chapter 8: Event Planning: Do It Yourself

This chapter looks at putting events together to bring other lifestylers together in competition or to meet up. There are a couple articles within the chapter created by actual lifestylers going over their thoughts and experiences.

Conclusion: End on a Good Note

This section is short and sweet. It says to enjoy play but to be smart about it, keep a necessary attitude to make sure all things go well.

Appendix A: Gaits

Gaits refer to how the pony walks around. The trainer may require the pony to move in various ways so knowing what the move looks like is important, so this section is completely made from pictures to lead by example. The moves provides are: walk, trot, canter, flying lead changes, gallop, high step, piaffe, passage, half-pass, and strut.

Appendix B: Quick Release Knot

The quick release knot is used to hold the pony, where they cannot pull out of it but the handler can pull it free very easily. This section brings pictures and text together to help the reader create and perfect the knot as easily as possible.

Appendix C: Pony Play Glossary

The glossary is a few pages long and it is filled with terms and definitions that are very necessary to understand. From horse terminology to some basic BDSM terms as well, this section helps bring the book together and gives the reader the best understanding.

Appendix D: Related Resources

This section gives websites on various related subjects to help those looking to delve into the Pony Play lifestyle. From meet events to gear and other books for information, though seemingly short, I think this may be an extremely valuable section.

Contributors and Acknowledgements

Pretty self explanatory, this section the author is giving thanks to those that helped her bring this wonderful book together.

Overall I loved reading this book. Rebecca Wilcox did an amazing job putting The Human Pony together. Though I am still unsure whether or not I want to pursue pony play. This book did bring valuable information to me in regards to being the trainer, which can transition to being the dominant figure in most BDSM play or just the relationship. I’ve been trying to become more dominant in my relationship and have had trouble with that, however, after reading this book I feel more confident in my ability to be the dom my baby’s looking for.

Harness Your Man For The Job

I’ve been looking for a device that I can use when feeling submissive in public but also something that can help give extra stimulation when I’m feeling dominant. TabuToys was kind enough to answer my call.

The Kinklab Men's Anal Plug Harness with Cockring has a lot of things going for it. Kinklab realized that not just the sexiest of men would be wanting a harness that has a section to hold toys inside of them, this harness fits up to size 44” waist, giving this harness a higher customer base. I’m a big boy, so seeing that it actually came in a size that would fit me was most alluring.

This harness is also made from a fairly high grade of black died leather. There are no rough edges that can cut and the inner sides of the straps are soft so as not to chafe. There are 6 straps total and a singular piece that is used to help hold a toy to the harness. The 4 straps that go around the waist are 1 1/8” wide, the two that start from the front of the body are 12 1/4" long. After the first 1 3/4" of the straps, than there are 9 elongated holes for the buckles on the 2 back straps. The two back straps are 10” long each. At the end of these straps are lockable buckles.

At the front, there’s a small strap that is 3 1/4” when closed, it holds the ring with the two front straps and the cockring together. This strap uses metal snaps to hold it together, it has 2 possible snap locations depending on how the wearer desires the harness. The last strap that holds the two back straps to the cockring is 19 1/2" long. 9” of this last strap wrap around the ring holding the back straps, and is buckled down. It has 7 elongated holes for the locking buckle to work with so it can be made more or less comfortable depending on how the harness is intended. The main portion of the rest of the strap widens from 3/4" to 2 1/2". This section of the strap is intended to hold a plug or dildo in place.

The portion that holds toys only has a width of 1”, since the leather can be moved out of the way slightly, it can hold up to 1 1/2” wide toys. The metal cockring that comes with the harness has a 2” diameter.

I really liked how the ring to this harness is removable, when I’d purchased a similarly made harness for my boyfriend last year the ring was not removable, this left him becoming very uncomfortable with the ring it had. I put in my favorite dildo, the Tantus Echo, and after insertion I maneuvered the straps around me (much easier to do with two people). I had to readjust the strap that goes under me to hold the toy better, this however did pull my cock and balls back slightly so sitting was less comfortable. The holes in the buckle pieces to insert locks are very small, they hold the smallest locks so purchasing from a site that definitely carries them is the smartest thing to do.

I am very happy with the Kinklab Men’s Anal Plug Harness with Cockring, thank you TabuToys for this wonderful opportunity and experience.

Tantus is a maverick in the adult toy industry. They made a name for themselves by only using body safe silicone and advocating that they were not making novelty items, but sexual aids. Their products for the most part are intended for both genders, however once in a while they do create items that are more specific. PinkCherry.com was very cool in sending me a Tantus item that I’ve been curious about since I began working in an adult novelty store: The Tantus Prostate Health.

Currently, in a puritan based society such as what we live in, the mainstream male would never think to put something near his butt, let alone inside of it. The butt and all sexual things related to it have been considered a taboo in the society for quite some time, only recently has anal sex so openly been discussed and practiced.

Why should a man have his prostate stimulated? Well the prostate is an organ that creates the liquid that sperm travel in to cause impregnation. Typically, the liquid without the sperm is called pre-cum. If the prostate is left alone and isn’t allowed to empty itself, the liquid’s contents may begin to crystallize and cause a high chance of prostate cancer. By stimulating the prostate by rubbing and pushing into it, the fluid remains mixed and chances of prostate cancer is dramatically decreased. Other ways to keep things moving is masturbation and intercourse.

If I can just masturbate, why should I put something in my butt? Well even though it may seem odd and unconventional, men around the world have begun to realize that stimulating the prostate is not only good for their health, but it just feels amazing! There is a large nerve bundle along the prostate that makes stimulation cause more intense and drawn out orgasms. Anal stimulation is no longer just for gay men, straight men are beginning to understand and enjoy it as well.

Now the Prostate Health is a vibrator created for men to give prostate stimulation. The look of the toy is a masculine black matted finish. The head of the toy is roughly 7/8” wide and 1 1/4" long. It than curves and tapers to a neck of 5/8” thick. The body than widens again to a lightly curved 1” diameter and settles to the base with 4 ribs. The insertable length is 4”. The base is awkward at best. At its widest, it is 2”, and is 3 1/8” long. The back portion of the base rises up with 5 protruding grooves to grip it more easily. On the bottom of the Prostate health is a hole to insert a bullet to provide vibration (a 1 speed bullet is provided with batteries, when needing to replace the batteries, it requires 3 of the watch sized batteries).

Because the Prostate Health is made from silicone, water based lubricant is the best choice to use. Using silicone based lubricant is discouraged as it may cause harm to the toy. Silicone is non porous and can be sterilized between uses or if it is to be shared with another. To sterilize: let toy set in pot of boiling water for a few minutes, wipe with a 10% bleach solution than rinse with water, or put in the top rack of a dishwasher and run with no soap.

As much love and respect I have for Tantus, I am sad to say that the Prostate Health didn’t do it for me. Insertion was difficult because of how curved the tip is compared to the body. I had to tilt the tip upward and slowly move the entire toy to curve it in more easily. Once the tip was in, the body did move in fairly nicely until I got to the base, which consequentially is also the main shortcoming for this toy. Due to the base being so wide, it spreads the butt cheeks almost uncomfortably.

I did feel the tip rub lightly against my prostate, and the added vibration did feel nice, but because of the base, this is a toy that cannot be used in many position. Standing is uncomfortable because it causes your butt cheeks to squeeze tighter against the base, sitting wouldn’t work because of the bullet and the base. Positions with the user on top wouldn’t work very easily, so he’d be best to lie on his back with legs spread so it rests more comfortably. This toy is not meant to thrust. Squeezing the muscles and lightly moving the hips in a thrusting motion will stimulate the prostate. The ribs at the base of the toy were rather pleasant when inserted and pulled out. The grip portion of the base was useful for removal.

I am sad that the Prostate Health wasn’t all that I expected, but I am still happy to have tried it out, Thank you PinkCherry.com for this opportunity.

Hydrate Your Sex

Intimate Organics: a relatively new company to the industry that hits a rather specific crowd. They create all of their products with organic ingredients so those who are sensitive to most products still have something to turn to. This also means that they’ll hit the Vegan market rather nicely. PinkCherry.com was nice enough to provide me with the Intimate Organics Hydra water based lubricant.

Hydra is beautifully packaged in a 6” tall 4oz bottle with a push top. The label exudes elegance with the Intimate Organics trademark torso shot with foliage. The torso used is female in nature, giving it a soft nature. The color scheme was to use various blue hues which are fitting for a water based lubricant. Intimate Organics Hydra is Glycerine free, DEA free, and Paraben free. All ingredients are naturally derived and this product is rendered purely vegan friendly.

Ingredients include water, propylene glycol, hydroxyethylcellulose, and a couple other large words that I cannot pronounce. There is also Goji Berry fruit extract, Lemon Grass leaf/stem extract, and Aloe leaf extract.

The plant extracts leave a soft taste that is nearly sour but not really bad tasting. This isn’t an intentionally flavored lubricant. Hydra is a fairly thin consistency making it ideal for vaginal use. As with most organic lubricants that I’ve tried, it does tend to absorb rather quickly, making reapplication a necessity.

Hydra impressed me because it was very slick, but when I was using it anally, it posed some problems because of its thin consistency. I rubbed some between my fingers and was a little surprised. It didn’t get sticky when the water absorbed, but it seemed to almost cause more friction. There was no residue after it dried, which I’ve always found to be a wonderful thing.

Intimate Organics Hydra is a very good lubricant to many. Because it is organically derived it fills the gap for those who are sensitive to most mainstream lubricants. It’s a great company that takes pride in the presentation of their products and in the customers that they reach. I do like how the lubricant felt, however I feel that due to its thin consistency and quick drying, this lubricant won’t help me out all that much. This was definitely made for a woman more than a man.

A Flower For My Bum

I’d like to start by thanking PinkCherry.com for being so patient with me. I received a few items from them right as midterms were starting up so I’ve been slacking on trying stuff out. Fun Factory is one of my hero companies. Aside from using high grade silicone for all of their toys, they create very unique designs that make each of their toys special in its own way. The Bloomy, which I got in blackberry, is marketed as an anal toy for men and women. For men, the Bloomy has a nice curve to rub against the prostate and the small exterior extension is intended to face toward the balls and rub the perineum. For women, this toy’s curve would give an overall extra sensation, usually rubbing along nerve endings and giving a semi-full feeling.

The Bloomy is aptly named because the main portion does indeed look like an exotic lower, and the side protrusion looks like the flower’s leaf. Under both of these portions is a loop that both helps for quick retrieval but also for soft thrusting of the flower portion. Aside from helping with retrieval I do like the fact that the loop could hold a thicker bullet to make the Bloomy vibrate.

The first portion of the flower has a 7/8” diameter, and tapers slightly for about an inch till it gets to the second portion of the flower. Here there is a ridge on each side of the toy that extends about 1/4" of an inch, making the second portion about 1 3/8” thick. The rest of the inserted portion tapers down to a 3/4” diameter. The length of the inserted portion is roughly 4”. The outer petal is about 2” long, 1” wide, and 5/8” thick. The loop has an inner diameter of 7/8”.

Because the Bloomy is made from silicone, it is highly suggested not to use silicone lubricant. Silicone lubricant can cause a negative reaction with the toy and make it unusable. If you prefer silicone, either wrap the whole thing in a condom or do a spot test on the loop so you don’t ruin the toy. Silicone is nonporous and can be sterilized. The most popular ways to sterilize are boiling for a few minutes, rubbing down with a 10% bleach solution than rinsing off, or putting it in the top rack of the dishwasher with no soap.

The main problem I had with the Bloomy was insertion. The material felt nice, but those two ridges past the first portion were a little uncomfortable, however, once they made it in, the Bloomy nestled into my bum rather nicely. When I hear the word Cowboy I think about a hunky masculine man in boots and a cowboy hat. Tantus did the word justice when they made the Cowboy line of premium grade silicone toys. The Cowboy line is an all black line of matted finished toys designed but definitely not limited to men. From beginners to size enthusiasts, this line has it; the only thing missing is vibration.

One of the smallest pieces in the Cowboy line is Scout. Scout is a realistic dildo with all the fun bits included. He’s made of a fairly firm yet very flexible silicone that promises to last you a lifetime, so long as you take care of him. Overall he’s got a length of 6.5”, his usable shaft is just under 5.5” long. His head is the thickest usable portion with a 1.75” diameter, and the remaining shaft has a 1.5” diameter. The tip tapers in a way that insertion is pretty comfortable.

The only problem I really had with the Scout is that while using him, because of the materials firmness, the back end of the head before starting the shaft causes a little pain when being pulled back out (this quickly went away after adding a little extra lube and relaxing more). I really loved the matted finish on him because it gave a more realistic dragging sensation.

Scout is so pretty in the fact that like a real cock, he’s got slight veins along the shaft to give texture. Also, when fully hilted inside, you get to feel his balls up against you. This is currently the only toy in my collection with balls and I like them a lot, but there are a couple things that make them less realistic. The biggest problem is that they’re nearly rectangular. The balls are nearly 3.75” long, 1.75” wide at the shaft, 2.25” wide at the bottom of the scrotum, and just over 1” at the thickest point. Aside from the nearly rectangular shape they don’t keep true to a typical man in the sense that one ball usually hangs slightly lower than the other. These are truly trivial issues and in no way take away from the pleasure that is the Scout.

The Scout is great to ride or even to thrust, however this would have to be done by hand, he technically isn’t harness compatible due to the balls, but I know that if straps on a harness with an interchangeable ring are moves around right, than it should work.

Since this is a silicone toy, it’s suggested not to use silicone lubricants, if you need silicone lube though, do a patch test to make sure there’s no negative reaction. Water based lubricants work very well with the toy, thicker formulas if using anally. Oil based can be used as well (not vaginally), but when I tried oil based lubricant it seemed to have too much drag so I couldn’t thrust. Also, clean up is a breeze! Because the Scout is silicone, it is non-porous and can be completely sanitized. Sanitizing can be done either by boiling for a few minutes, rubbing down with a 10% bleach solution and rinsing afterwards, or even putting it in the top rack of a dishwasher with no dish detergent. Since Scout can be sterilized he can be shared between partners without necessity of a condom (unless sharing immediately after use).

I really enjoyed the Scout dildo by Tantus, he’s definitely got me wanting his big brother Maverick!

Finding quality sex toys for men is like finding a needle in a haystack. Luckily Tantus toys are nothing if not quality. Though colors may market to one gender, Tantus toys are relatively androgynous so both women and men can use them. There are of course a few pieces meant specifically for a man to use, such as the C-Sling.

The C-Sling is a cock ring with a scoop attached. This scoop is intended to rest between the thighs and the tip is supposed to rub against the perineum. Unlike most on the market, Tantus’ cock rings are fairly thick, this does help in keeping them firm and though they do have a little bit of give, there isn’t much. At the store I work at we have these rings labeled for medical purposes, the reason is that cock rings hold the blood in the penis for extended amount of time, so those that have an issue with going soft too quickly would be able to keep erect longer. Doing this for long periods of time can be dangerous so it is suggested to remove the ring after about 30-45 minutes so the blood flow can go back to normal.

Unlike the other rings by Tantus, the C-Sling only comes in one size: 1.75” diameter. This is a good size for most men, though it might be too tight for those that are very well endowed. The thickness of the ring is 3/8”, and the width is about 5/8”. The scoop is about 2” long and 3” at the widest point before it tapers to a fairly thin tip. The scoop keeps a constant 1/4" thickness.

To use the C-Sling, add a little water based lubricant to the ring and to the balls and penis. Pull the balls through first, than push the penis through afterwards. It’s much easier to do this while flaccid because it’d be too difficult once fully hard. A nice feature that Tantus noted is that if you by chance get stuck in the ring, silicone is at least a soft material that you can take scissors to and cut the ring off. This is a great feature for those who’ve never really used firmer rings and don’t know what size is appropriate for them. At work I’ve heard horror stories about guys who’ve never used rings before and started off with a metal one, they put one that was too small and were stuck. They had to go to the hospital to get it removed! I’d be so embarrassed if that ever happened to me!

The C-Sling is made with a matted finish from 100% Platinum Grade Silicone so it is non-porous and can be sterilized. How do you sterilize a toy? Well you can boil it for a few minutes, use a 10% bleach solution and simply rinse with water afterwards, or you can stick it in the top rack of the dish washer with no soap. Also, because this is silicone, it’s suggested to use water based lubricant because many silicone lubricants can degrade the toy. If you’re a stickler for silicone lube, make sure to do a spot test to make sure there are no negative reactions.

So you know how the C-Sling works and all that fun stuff, but how did it do for me? Well it was great as a ring, but the scoop didn’t fully deliver for me. This is one of the first rings that I’ve owned that was supposed to hold all the boy stuff, and after putting some lube on and getting the ring into place, I was actually very comfortable. The scoop fit comfortably between my thighs, leaving a foreign space that quite pleasant (I’ll get back to this in a moment). As I got hard I noticed the veins on my member become more prominent and a lot more textured. During a solo session I lasted noticeably longer and the climax was more intense because it took longer to get through due to the ring.

I am sad to say that the tip of the scoop didn’t really give my perineum much attention, but it did surprisingly give me another thrill. During my happy fun alone time I’ve noticed that I tend to clench my legs, during this I love the feeling of blankets or sheets between my thighs. The wider portion of the scoop went right between my thighs and pelvis which created a similar effect as the blankets which was very pleasant. Removal afterwards was tricky at first but I’ve gotten used to waiting to get a little softer than pushing my member out before my balls.

An alternative way of using the C-Sling is to wear it backwards and have the scoop cup the balls. Though it’d most likely get in the way of intimacy, it’s a rather interesting feeling, as though someone else were gently holding your balls up for you.

In some of the local stores that have a larger ring selection I’ve seen this design made in stainless steel, which also appealing due to the temperature play and the tip of the scoop being harder so I assume it’d hit the perineum better. For Tantus, the only improvement I could see in this is if they made a version in there Alumina line. I’d buy that immediately!

Michael Lucas' La Dolce Vita Pt 1

Porn is something I rarely get into, and of what I’ve seen I usually would laugh. When porn tried to have a plot it would seemingly fail and the sex scenes seemed rather awkward. This is not the case with Michael Lucas’ La Dolce Vita Part 1 by Lucas Entertainment. EdenFantasys was kind enough to provide me with my first true porn, but I honestly consider it more than that. I consider this movie to be very artistic and fascinating in the fact that it came out in 2006 and the following year won all 14 GayVN Awards. This film is written by Tony Dimarco, produced by Michael Lucas, and directed by both Dimarco and Lucas.

There are a total of 5 major scenes. The opening scene starts at a fashion show debuting Jack Bond’s clothing line. In all reality, much of the clothing was flown in from all over the world from several big name designers. Kevin Aviance, a singer and entertainer, sings and dances along the runway to his song Strut. There is a combination of porn actors and aspiring runway professionals starring in the opening scene. Amanda Lepore, considered one of the most famous transsexuals today, is a guest at the fashion show.

The first sex scene is actually hidden inside of the opening scene. Two of the models (Lucas exclusives Ben Andrews and Jack MacCarthy) end up late for the cues by going into a utility/bathroom to get it on, if watching the movie all the way through, the scene doesn’t seem to last longer than a minute of a teasing suck, and then they walk out, however, if you go into scene selections and choose the same scene, you get to watch the full scene, from kissing to sucking, rimming to fucking, this is a very steamy scene that finishes with two rather creamy money shots. Unlike this scene, the rest of the sex scenes happen in the movie’s regular play.

The movie continues with an after show party, where Max (Michael Lucas) meets with an old love of his, Nick (Jason Ridge). Jack Bond says hello to Max with a little attitude than leaves, followed by his bodyguard (Lucas exclusive Wilson Vasquez). Bond enters what kind of looks like a utility corridor, his apprehensive bodyguard right after him. When he starts rubbing up against him his bodyguard asks him to stop and that he doesn’t want things to happen, only to have Bond keep going and here comes another sweaty scene. Vasquez doesn’t seem to be too happy most of the scene but he’s got a very yummy body, which Bond takes full enjoyment in. Near the end of this scene Max and Nick hear Bond and peak in and start laughing. Soon after comes the next set of money shots.

Max and Nick get into a limo and head into town, as they leave Max’s ex-assistant Rick (Pete Ross) goes home with another guy that was at the show (Lucas exclusive Jonathan Vargas). As they shut the door things quickly heat up as passion between the two ignites. Like the other scenes, this one starts with a rather nice blowjob and after switching places for a bit things move to the bed. There’s more sucking and rimming before Rick takes it like a man from Vargas. Some moaning and several positions later Rick finishes and then Vargas gives Rick a facial.

Still in the car, Max and Nick stop to pick up a trick (Derrick Hanson) and head to his apartment. After smoking a little weed Hanson starts to get friendly with Nick, Max soon joining in. As things unfold this ends up being one of the hottest threesomes I’ve ever seen filmed. One of my favorite parts is where both Nick and Hanson co-suck on Max’s huge member. After some very sweaty moments of man lovin’ all three hunks finally reach sweet satisfaction.

The final scene of this film Max gets home in the morning to find his current boyfriend rather angry at him. After some angry comments his boyfriend leaves, and so ends part 1 of Michael Lucas’ La Dolce Vita.

Aside from the feature film, this DVD set has a few extra features. On the first disc is a scene selection, which as stated before, allows you to see the full length scene between the Andrews and MacCarthy. There is also the typical Audio Options and a very generous Part II preview which only makes me want the second part so much more!

On the second disc is a short “Behind the Scenes ‘The Making of a Fashion Event’,” Model Bios (this was rather fun to look at to get to know the stars better), Photo Galleries (there are a few different galleries), some Hard-core Trailers, and a very nice Bonus Sex Scene between Rod Barry and Chad Hunt.

As stated before, La Dolce Vita (pt 1 and 2) won all 14 of the GayVN AWARDS IN 2007. These are each award won:

Camouflage With A Bite!

I’ve always had fantasies of bringing a sexy army man that knew how to bite into my room and having my way with him. Though I didn’t get to bring home the man, I did get to bring something that was camo and had bite! EdenFantasys was kind enough to let me review the Camo Starz Spank-Her by Ruff Doggie Styles. This paddle has a very unique texture and is quite beautiful all the way around.

On the first side is a camo printed canvas cloth that has 9 5-point star studs implanted about 1” apart from each other on the outer rim. The canvas cloth is made from cotton and is soft. It also has a slightly rough texture when rubbed across skin. The studs don’t stand out enough to give a significant notice, but when rubbed, if they’ve been in cool air, they had a nice cold sensation. The other side of the paddle is beautiful black leather with imprinted designs. The designs are simple but elegant. They are symmetrical and complement each other without seeming out of place.

More noticeably on the leather side, there is a slight lump in the center that I wager to be a piece of wood that helps give stability to the handle and a good whack to those receiving a spanking. The two sides, canvas and leather, are stitched together with a heavy black thread, I believe this is machine sewn.

The paddle is a nice 12 1/8” long, 6 1/4” wide on the paddle portion, 1 5/8” wide on the handle, and 3 3/8” wide at the handle’s flared base. The paddle is 1/4” thick, and 5/8” into the handle is a hole and a 3 1/4" waxed nylon string looped to make hang the paddle when not in use.

To clean and care for this paddle, basic leather care instructions are suggested. Use leather soap and afterwards use a leather conditioner. If the canvas gets dirty, use a toothbrush and gentle soap to gently brush the area clean. Because this canvas is colored, if you use a detergent, make sure it is non-bleaching detergent.

When whacking myself with the camo side, there was more than a thud, it did give a sting. However, this sting was short lived. The stars were nice in the fact that they added a cold sensation, but they didn’t seem to leave any lasting impressions. When I turned the paddle around and put some force into it, the leather made a resounding slap sound that actually made me gasp. The leather truly had a bite to it. The impact flowed through my flesh and left a stinging tingle. My senses were all electrified and I had to do it again just to make sure. The spot that I’d hit had a defined red mark on it that lasted for a good while, and I noticed after the smacking that the area was somewhat tender and much more sensitive.

I definitely like the Camo Starz Spank-Her by Ruff Doggie Styles. Thank you EdenFantasys for giving me another reason to hit myself! :D

When I started working in an adult oriented novelty store, all of my trainers drilled into my head that Tantus is what I need to like and sell. In the box I received I got the Cody butt plug which has become my favorite plug overnight. Plugs have always seemed a little unappealing because they’re stationary. They are inserted and left there, didn’t seem like much of anything till Cody arrived.
Cody is part of Tantus’s Cowboy line of toys. The Cowboy line is made entirely in black 100% Platinum Grade Silicone, which means it’s one of the highest qualities on the market. Cody has a matted finish so it drags just right along skin to have a more realistic feel to it. He is 5.75” long, 4.75” usable. He’s a nearly perfect circle, the diameter of the tip is .75”, the first bulge is 1.5” thick, the largest bulge is 2”, and the neck before the base is 1.25” thick. This plug does have a large base to it, nearly 2.5” diameter, and because it is so large, there should be no worry of it disappearing in your bum.

Typically I use water based lubricant with my toys because most of them are silicone and I cannot use silicone lubricant on them unless I put a condom on the toy first. Tantus says Pjur Original can be used with their toys, but when I tried this with another toy it seemed to get absorbed into the material. If you feel it necessary, I suggest doing a spot test at the bottom of the toy to make sure your favored silicone lube won’t mess the toy up.

For the sake of trying it out, I recently purchased an oil based lubricant, boy butter, which is safe to use with silicone toys, just make sure this isn’t used vaginally or it may cause irritation.

Surprisingly, the oil based lube worked very well with Cody. He slid in very easily. I was worried about it at first because the Cody’s bigger than I’ve used in a while, but he didn’t seem to show any problems. Once I got past the largest portion he went right to the base and was extremely comfortable.

When I’d used water based with plugs in the past, it’d eventually dry out on the outside and cause irritation and removal would hurt because it was sticking to my skin. The oil based never showed that problem and extended wear was possible. The only issue that I had with the Cody was how wide the base is, it spread my butt cheeks wider than normal, in a laying down position I was comfortable, but if I tried to sit up it felt odd. Once sitting, so long as I wasn’t in an angle, the Cody was still comfortable. Walking short distances was possible but not terribly comfortable because of the base.

After using the Cody I noticed my muscles were more relaxed back there so using toys up to 2” thick, and more was much easier. Removing Cody was easy with the oil based and simple to clean up, rinsing the lube off than spraying the toy down with some toy cleaner. Because this is made from silicone it can be sterilized either by boiling for a few minutes, using 10% bleach solution and rinsing off afterwards, or even putting it in the top rack of the dishwasher and running it for a cycle without dish detergent. Since this can be sterilized it can be shared with a partner.

Light The Night, Everything Will Be Alright

JIMMYJANE is a relatively new name to the industry that hit the ground running. Babeland, which is one of the growing woman friendly environments, has been kind enough to let me review the JIMMYJANE Afterglow Candle: Cucumber Water, which is a soybean oil and Shea Butter based massage candle.

I live in Texas and it’s still fairly hot outside, so when the package arrived I wasn’t terribly shocked to find the wax had shifted onto its side in the container, leaving one side bare of wax. Since the wax stays fairly soft in the first place I went ahead and just used my finger to push it back into place, Babeland suggests putting it in the fridge so the wax can settle again.

I was impressed with the way JIMMYJANE presents its products, inside the box on the opened flap was a red background and white letters saying “MELT ME,” and under the side flaps were instructions that come in English, French, Spanish, German, and I believe Dutch (Hollands). There is also a small match box with the company name and 8 matches, a small applicator brush, and the candle with a protective seal over it.

When I think about dripping wax onto someone, I usually think about causing a brief burning sensation. These candles won’t cause any burns but they will leave great warmth against the skin! Because of the ingredients used in the candle, there is little chance of it ever burning someone. Candles that tend to have this property use soybean oil based wax, so if you’re allergic to soybeans it wouldn’t be smart to use this candle. When I removed the protective seal the candle’s scent flooded into my nose, it had the slight hint of fresh cucumber but it reminded me a lot of the candles that have that “fresh rain” scent. The scent was soft but gave an immediate calm feeling.

The candle comes in a glass cube container that is 2.5” tall, wide, and long. The instructions that came with the candle suggest melting the candle for 30 minutes so you have enough oil to work with for the massage. There is a lifespan of up to 42 hours before the candle is spent, but that doesn’t take into account the 30 minutes after being blown out that the user has to use up the oil for massages before it sets again.

Will all this new knowledge I struck a match, which left that sulfur smell in my nose for a second, and lit the candle. Immediately it had a fairly luminous glow which shown through a good portion of the un-melted wax under it, which is really pretty. After 30 minutes I blew the candle out and touched a fingertip into the pool of oil, no burning! I than grabbed the brush and dipped the soft bristles into the pool and then stroked the underside of my forearm. There was a very warm sensation on my skin and a shiny trail left behind the brush. Slowly I rubbed the oil around my arm and into the skin, the warm feeling remained where I painted it on and the oil seemed to absorb into my skin and leaving a super soft feeling.

There was no greasy residue and my skin felt as though I’d added moisturizer. The scent stays with me and leaves a soothing feeling. I didn’t have to use much oil to cover a large area so one melting session would be enough for two people.

Clean up was pretty easy, the oil washes off with warm water and some soap (this also works on cleaning the oil out of the brush). When cleaning the brush, put some liquid soap into your palm, wet the brush, than stroke it back and forth in your palm to work the soap into the bristles. This is something an art teacher I had taught me to keep the bristles from falling out.

Time To Clean Up Captain!

One of the biggest fears people have when having anal sex isn’t the pain, but the poop. I myself have always had issues where my body would decide to hide stuff away and let it show up in the least opportune times. I started off with an anal douche bulb that I found at a CVS. I’d fill up the sink with warm water and the first time was good, but all reapplications were too cold. The desired effect was there, I would be cleaner, but I had to reuse the bulb several times. Later, once my work started carrying them, I picked up the Vulcanite Anal Douche by Cal Exotics. It seemed like an improvement on my original bulb, the part that was attached to the bulb seemed to stay in, and I figured it acted as a one way system to hold water in so you could easily keep reapplying to get the desired fill. I was wrong, this was harder to squeeze than my original bulb and the extension actually had dirty water leaking out of me.

What could I do? I had seen some of those nifty shower douches that you actually screwed onto your pipes, but feeling the pressure just from my showerhead made me suddenly think twice about that. The average shower pushes water at about 50 PSI, that’s quite a lot of pressure for a bottom to take!

So I went into the Dallas gay neighborhood one day, just shopping around and I found the answer to my problems. The Streem Master Ultimate Douche system. There was one unit left on the wall behind the counter and a little pamphlet just in my reach. Reading it over showed many of the strong points that made me buy this thing immediately!

The unit uses gravity to create the pressure, which won’t elevate past 3 PSI, much safer for your personal plumbing!
The main funnel bag and hose are made from medical grade silicone.
The joints and nozzles are made from high grade ABS plastic.
To regulate water, the hose has a laboratory specific nylon control valve with 12 settings to control water flow.
The runoff hose in the back is made from a durable TVP material.
The unit can be attached to most showers, so long as pipe is standard size and shower head isn’t larger than 6”.
With no metal at all and it being easy to collapse, you can travel with the unit and never worry about it setting alarms off!
The area that you screw the nozzle into is made with the standard ECM threads so any North American standard thread nozzle will fit with the system.

The directions suggest running water through the unit before using just to clean out dust. Everything is detachable and can be sterilized. Since the runoff hose should never really be touching excreted body fluids, sterilization shouldn’t be necessary, but if you do decide to sterilize it as well, it can withstand up to 135C (make sure it doesn’t touch bottom of pot on gas burner or it might melt). It is suggested to have an extra nozzle if you’ll be sharing the unit (just in case you don’t have time to sterilize).

Temperature was very easy to deal with because I was able to find the perfect setting as I would for any shower I take and when the system was attached, it would be just slightly cooler, so I never noticed any issues.

The funnel itself is rather large, able to accommodate various showerheads, it has two holds up top to hold the Streem Master Bridle Clip so it can be attached to the shower, there is a hole in the back to allow runoff so it doesn’t get too heavy, and a hole at the bottom, where the 6’ hose is attached. The runoff hose is attached with an O-ring to an “L” joiner that easily fits onto the funnel bag. The unit also comes with a set of detailed instruction, including various positions to get into to have the most comfort. The two that I remember most (I threw instructions away a couple months ago…) are having one foot lifted up on the edge of the toilet to spread the cheeks and muscles a little for easier entry, and to lay on your back with legs pulled toward chest slightly. There were a couple other positions but I cannot remember. All positions had the user having their butt face the drain so when water was expelled than it’d go straight in.

The only real problem that I’ve had with this system is that the hose can kink up sometimes if I’m not paying attention. So I will soon be purchasing their thicker and longer hose. Here's a video showing the Streem Master in action!

The team at Streem Master has redone the package where instead of just one color there are now three: red, black, and white/natural. They also have added a second nozzle, thinner than the basic nozzle for those who are beginners and scared of pain. The basic package also comes with a storage bag, which is like a miniature draw string duffel bag. The Streem Master website also has custom order ability where you can get the color of your choice with everything it already comes with, add extra nozzles for lower prices than if ordered separately, ability to get the thicker hose cheaper as well, and get the better storage bag which has mesh sides for better ventilation.

The Streem Master Ultimate Douche system may not be the cheapest system out there, but it is by far the best douche system on the market. I truly have to say, Thank You Streem Master!

This leash is 36.5” long. 6” of that is the Polyethylene handle which is stitched with white thread. The pink color is on the outside, and the blue is on the inside. There is also a piece of metal sandwiched at the end and held by a rivet (I hope that’s the right word for what’s holding it). This piece of metal is attached to the D-ring that holds one end of the chain. 29” of anodized aluminum is what makes this pretty pink chain, and at the very end is 1.5” of D-ring and swivel clip to be attached to any collar or restraint as wanted. The only issue I have with this assembly is that the D-ring on the swivel clip shouldn’t be a D-ring. It should have had an “O” shape to better support the pressure of being pulled on.

Polyethylene as a material is rather nice, no weird smells and is easy to clean by whipping it down with a most cloth. I wouldn’t let the material soak because I am unsure as to what it may do (i.e. mold, deteriorate, etc.).

I did call PHS to make sure of some material information and to ask something on another item of theirs that I’d reviewed. They have very nice customer service and seem very knowledgeable. The only problem with PHS is that I’ve yet to find an e-mail address in case of further questions. To Mike, the man with the cute voice that helped me; Thank You.

With my boy so far away, I had to resort to using the thickest part of one of my bed posts to attach the collar and test out the leash (my neck is too thick for the collar). After some tugging I have surmised that the leash has great strength to it and is definitely a worthwhile product!

Intimate Organics is new to the Adult industry. They really made their debut in 2008. One major turn on with their products is that they are organic. Like many things today, organic products carry a lot of weight and have become more popular. TabuToys was kind enough to send me the Daring Lemongrass Anal Relaxing Spray to review. Before using this spray I’ve been using the Pjur Analyze Me spray, which has always done rather well, it had a warm sensation because of the menthol, but aside from Aloe Vera, these two products are very different.

Daring is packaged and geared toward men but it is perfectly safe for women. The same goes for Adventure Fresh Orange Anal Relaxing Spray, which is geared toward women but still works for men. I love how the packaging was done by showing the torso in a way that it’s not sexual, but sensual, and it doesn’t leave me feeling dirty. There is 1oz (30ml) of the relaxing spray in the bottle, which initially doesn’t sound like much, but it does last a while. 1-2 sprays are all that you should need. The bottle has a 1” diameter and is about 4.5” tall.

Looking at the ingredients, the largest portion of this formula is dimethicone, which you will find in most silicone lubricants. When reading that, I worried a little because the majority of my toy collection is silicone. I went ahead and contacted Intimate organics and the reassured me that they had seen no negative effects in regards to using silicone toys. The ingredients that help to relax the sphincter are certified organic extracts of clove, goji berry, aloe and lemongrass. Before I started to actually use this spray, I went ahead and sprayed a little on my wrist. More came out than expected, but what surprised me more was the texture and smell.

With dimethicone, I expected it to be rather silky, but it didn’t seem to have the same feel as silicone lubricant, it just stayed without drying out, which is still a good quality. The smell kind of had me stumped for a little while. I’ve cooked with lemongrass and I have a shave crème from Sliquid with lemongrass scent in it, but this didn’t fall into that scent. I took it to work to see if my manager could distinguish the scent. She had it! It smells like the stuff they pack into your tooth at the dentist’s office.

The dentist? She used to work for a dentist, and I even remember the smell after she said it. Now I don’t know about you, but some of the dentists I’ve had were pretty hot, so that seemed more of a turn on than anything else. If you have a fear of the dentist, I’d suggest probably going with the Adventure spray by Intimate Organics.

Once back home and a little playtime to myself, I went to the shower and cleaned up and cleaned out. Now squeaky clean, I went ahead and applied the spray. I found if alone, one of the easiest ways to apply is to squat down so rump cheeks spread more easily. If you’ve never applied like that before, kind of feel around till you know you’re hitting the right spot, afterwards rub it in gently to the area. Intimate Organics site states that it may take 3-10 minutes to take full effect. Unlike the Pjur Analyze Me, there was no warming sensation, but when I got one of my toys lubed up I slowly started to press it against me, there was much less resistance to the initial touch, and rather than my muscles clenching like they normally do, the toy slipped in rather nicely.

I moved up in toy size throughout the night, I had applied a little more spray over the evening, and hadn’t once encountered a problem. I looked over my toy to see if the dimethicone done anything and happily there were no problems at all! I look forward to giving this spray a go the next time my boyfriend’s in town. As I've said before, BDSM is something I've been looking to expand in, it seems recently has been the time to do it and EdenFantasys has been kind enough to provide most of my new gear. I've gotten a few collars, several restraints, and most recently a riding crop. however, this is the first whip specifically meant for sexual gratification that I've owned. I recently received the Pleasure Whip, which is part of California Exotic's new Tantric Satin Ties line. To be totally honest, when we received these at my work I scoffed at them. The thought of suing products made from ribbon to create any sort of pain seemed laughable. Once I got my hand around the handle i started to look at this product a little differently.

Hidden underneath all that polyester based satin ribbon is a rather hard 6.5" cylinder, which i believe to be wood. The handle is covered mainly in the back ribbon and about 1.25" of the circumference has the red ribbon with a corset style of black ribbon crossing over it. At the bottom of the handle is what looks to be a piece of faux leather acting as a cap so the wood doesn't scratch you by accident, and a black ribbon loop that is just over .5" thick and 12" that is made to help hold the handle so it doesn't fly away and for hanging the whip later.

The top and bottom of the handle have a .5" thick ribbon going around the circumference with 4 non-tarnishing iron grommets (studs) holding it in place. Unlike the bottom of the handle, the top doesn't have the faux leather to act as a cap and it has approximately 24 strands of ribbon 12" long and .25" thick sticking out of the top to act as the whip lashes. To keep from fraying, it looks as though the tips of the ribbon were melted.

Like any other California Exotics item, purchasers are able to register the product. When it come to cleaning this item, a damp cloth would suffice, fully soaking the whip would potentially harm the handle. If the lashes are soaked, they must be air dried.

How did this pretty little thing fair with me personally? Being the wonderful employee that I am, I decided to initally try out the Pleasure Whip we got in at work. I opened it up during shift change and when no one else was around I quickly used it on my manager's back. Not much of a response. Wearing any clothing will cause this to make only the slightest thud against you. So I tried it on my bare arm and the lashes wrapped slightly around my arm, where the tips met skin is where it sent a sting. I decided to whip my arm in the same area a few times quickly and it became a more intense sting that lingers. My manager looked at me weird and I took her hand real quick to extend her arm and whipped it, she pulled back and scowled at me and said I wasn't being very professional (she was playing around). Now because my boyfriend lives several states away, I will not be able to use this whip to its full potential for some time, but i am quite happy with it! Hopefully EdenFantasys will be carrying these for sale soon!

TabuToys seems to have found my weakness. They keep providing items into a lifestyle I’ve been aching to get into.

KinkLab is a rather interesting company because it seemed to have just appeared one day. I've been slowly growing more interested in the BDSM lifestyle and until KinkLab just showed up in my store one day I'd never seen it in any other stores or online. Their gear I’d have to say ranges from beginner to advanced in regards to intensity and the Spandex Hood With Built-In Blindfold is no exception. Typically I don’t pay too much attention to the packaging a company uses, but KinkLab’s packaging was rather nice. Aside from the plastic pouches for their kits, the individual pieces come in little canisters. The hood I received comes in a 6.25” tall and 2.5” diameter canister that closes off with two black plastic stops.

The spandex is rather soft and has a slight sheen to it and is very stretchy. When for the first couple of times it has that slightly odd rubber Halloween mask smell to it, but the smell quickly goes away. The blindfold is visibly sewn into the inside of the mask and is made from a rather thin piece of foam and another piece of spandex to protect the eyes. The hood is two separate pieces of cloth so its sewn the entire way around and it has about half inch of cloth hemmed at the opening. When not stretched and laid flat, the hood’s length is 12.5”, 9” diameter from blindfold to back of the head, and 7” diameter for the neck opening.

The packaging states “one easy size fits all.” Now, I have a rather large head and wasn’t sure if it’d fit, but I was still able to stretch the hood completely over and it was very comfortable. It went down the entire length of my neck, which added to the overall sensory stimulation. The blindfold did block the light but I did see a slight amount f light around the nose ridge, however the fabric does over up that spot nicely so I still cannot see anything. The spandex is easy to breathe through but because it smashes slightly against the nose it does give the illusion of it being harder to breathe.

I’ve given the numbers, now how did it work out for me? When TabuToys gave me the option to review the KinkLab Spandex Hood With Built-In Blindfold I was immediately excited. I’ve been selling KinkLab for a while at my store and was wondering how good the hood was. My boy has expressed to me how he wanted to experiment in sensory deprivation so this seemed like a great place to start! After putting on the hood I noticed that Halloween mask smell I mentioned earlier. Once fully in place, I tried to look around and wasn’t able to see anything aside from a light shade of grey around my nose. There were no faults in the hood and it was extremely comfortable. I rubbed along my head to see if it flattened everything or formed to my face. Though things were much tighter against me, everything kept its shape, and I noticed it’s best to shave because I could feel my stubble coming through the fabric. I cannot wait to use this hood with my boy!

Hey everyone, so this is my first blog review. To christen this day I'm going to be doing a review over the Tantus Silicone Cock Gag, which I won in a contest held by Beautiful Dreamer and provided by Tabu Toys.

Upon receiving a little package in the mail from Beautiful Dreamer, I went upstairs to open it up. Inside was the ever familiar packaging of Tantus. A plastic box, colored red white and clear, with the gag floating in the middle, held by a clear plastic insert. Upon opening the package I pulled out the insert and opened it, picking up the gag and giving it a squeeze. I noticed how this gag had a lot more flex and give to it compared to the Tantus Silicone Pacifier Gag. (I'll compare at the end)

When taking a look at the detail of this gag, I noticed how Tantus molded it to have the same subtle curves of a cock's head. The mushroom tip is a little longer compared to most real cocks that I've seen. Now let's get through the technical stuff real quick shall we?

The length of the gag itself is 2 1/2", the width of the cock tip is about 1 1/2", and the height from top and bottom is 1 1/4". The overall length is 2 3/4", the base's length is barely 3", and the height is 2". What do all of these numbers mean? Well it means that the cock tip will fill your mouth and the base will cover your lips comfortably! Where the cock meets the base it tapers to about 3/4" so the teeth can bite down more comfortably.

The leather straps that snap onto the gag are 13” long, about 12” when attached, and will accommodate most heads very nicely. Instead of a buckle to hold them together, Velcro is used for easy removal. The only downfall about that is that Velcro can be a little noisy, so it might hint others of your activities.

Because the Cock Gag is made from silicone, it can be sterilized. It can be boiled, washed on the top rack of the dishwasher with no soap, or whipped down with a 10% bleach solution and rinsed afterward. Though it is a gag, make sure you don’t fiddle with it if your hands are covered in any silicone lube, it can damage the gag in the long run. Now for the good part about the review: personal experience!

After cleaning off the Cock Gag for the first time I attached the straps and positioned the gag in my mouth and put the straps tight against my head. It felt extremely comfortable in my mouth and left it so my jaw wasn’t extended the entire time. My teeth bit down into the gag and I noticed it as a cushion which was made me think of how many uses this gag will be getting. I tried to swallow, which was a little difficult at first due to the body of the gag resting on top of my tongue and filling my mouth to where there was little room above it to push up to swallow. The finish on the gag is very smooth so my tongue didn’t feel any odd texture. This gag can take a thrashing, I was biting quite hard a few times and it didn’t seem to affect the gag at all!

There was one slight downfall that I’ve seen with the Tantus gags vs. most other gags, because they go into the mouth rather than against it, the wearer can sometimes still make a little noise. I did notice that I was quieter than normal because of it, and considering what the gag is used for and looks like it did heighten my senses of sexual exploration.

How does it compare to the Pacifier Gag? Well when I purchased the Pacifier Gag it was made from a much more firm silicone, so it was much less pliable in my mouth, they also hadn’t centered the gag on the base, so my lips kept going over the edge of the base. The new shipment of Pacifier Gags that my store received recently seems to have addressed both of these issues by moving the position of the gag and the firmness of the silicone. The Cock gag does go deeper into your mouth than the Pacifier, but the Pacifier is thicker both at the bulb and at the neck where your teeth rest. Between the two it’s hard to make a choice, I’ve grown to love both of them, but I have a feeling that the Cock Gag will be getting more use than the Pacifier Gag.
